This case can go either way. The police tried to choke the suspect to death, or the suspect just choked himself by trying to swallow the bag with the drugs. Police violence, or just a criminal who just don’t want to get caught? The unfortunate thing is that the guy is now dead by choking.
This situation is hard to understand. Of course, the police have the right to ask to be allowed inside the house. But to keep around even when the owner declined, that’s incomprehensible. If there was probable cause, the judge will sign a warrant. The bad thing is at near the end of the video, police abuse happens when the cop tried to open the door.
Why do you have to stop an ambulance, especially if there’s someone inside that needs medical attention? What’s more, the police did arrest the EMT personnel. That’s just police abuse of authority. Even if there’s a suspect there, they could just escort the ambulance to the hospital. It’s not that hard, right?
This is a shocking video of a police officer slamming a kid to the wall. What’s more, the kid was in handcuffs. Just watching the impact, you’ll know that it’s got to hurt–bad. Police abuse of this kind is intolerable, especially for a case as clear-cut as this one is.
This video is disturbing because of the police abuse caught on tape. You have a guy in a wheelchair, and the The cops tried to prove he was really disabled by dumping him from the wheelchair. That was really smart, huh! And that must really hurt also for that deputy who had lost the job.
This video is sad to watch. Nobody has to die in this incident. But then, somebody did. Police abuse? It does seem so. The reason? Not all peaceful means were exhausted in solving the incident. What’s irritating is how casually the police talked about using a taser on a person, like it was some kind of sport.
