Good thing, all of these are caught on tape. This is really police abuse or abuse of authority. The police did not act like a public servant. This is just very sad to see. Hopefully, there are not a lot of these kinds of people in the force. This is total abuse of authority.

It’s hard to understand why you would not want civilians to take footage of an arrest. It protects everyone’s rights, even the police. The officer did arrest a guy for filming. That is just strange. Is this police abuse of authority? No laws were broken as far as we can see, only that the guy got on the cop’s bad side.

This could be funny at the least. After raiding the home, SWAT makes themselves at home in playing the suspect’s Wii. It seems harmless enough, but police abuse did happen. You don’t mess with another person’s property like it was your own, even if your the SWAT, and even if it’s a suspect’s home. At least, do it when the cameras ain’t rolling.

We don’t know why the police would do such a thing. A group of people were searched without warrants by the police. Is it police abuse? Sounds like it. The problem with this situation is that there seems to be no probable cause to search the people and confiscate their property.

Are the police just too bored to spend much time on this offense? Crossing the white line seems so serious that it has to have the police’s full attention. Police abuse the power given by the law? Possibly. In this case, you just have to ask where the heck did common sense go?

You can see here a cop and an opponent, which is a former heavyweight boxer. You can see in the video how outclassed the officer was. In this case, the guy resisted arrest and was out to beat the cop, not just protect himself. The bizarre thing is that the guy kept at it even after being shot in the gut.

You’ve got to love the sarcasm of this video. Playing on the background is the song, “Proud to be American” while showing clips of police violence. That should inspire anyone’s patriotic spirit, in the sense that this kind of violence should not be tolerated. It is pretty funny, in a disturbing way.

Though this is not of recent news, even the King of Pop got to experience police violence. In this interview, the late Michael Jackson recounts his experience of police abuse when he was arrested for his child molestation case. Well, if celebrities get treated this way, what more for the average Joe?

Nothing like a barking, raving dog to get people intimidated with authority, not to mention instant arrest of people who want to be stubborn and get in their way. You can also see in the video an old lady who got bitten by the dog. How’s that for good old peaceful demonstration?

Shown in this video is a student filming cops during the homecoming at Queens University. Call it a case of being in the wrong time, wrong place, or filming the wrong people? Possibly. The guy did not sound that drunk, right? Well, some of the cops took it the wrong way and got the video taker busted. Case of wrongful arrest, anyone?
