The Police Disregards Basic Constitutional Rights(?)

You may disagree with the guy holding the camera, but he makes very valid points. Warrants are there for a reason. But then, there is also a reasonable cause for investigation. Watching this video can make you think whether there was police abuse in this situation or none at all.

Officer Needs To Be Tougher

You hate it when the cops are too violent, but you hate it as well when they turn out to be wimps. I really feel for the officer in this video. It was painful to watch him work. Perhaps, this officer needs some learning on excessive force. If the cop’s like this with a routine stop, what more if this was armed robbery or something as serious?

Officer Had Civilians to Assist with the Arrest

Here’s another video where you can either get angry at the cop, or just laugh at him. It was sad to see the cop fight with the guy, then had to need some civilians to help in the arrest. If the civilians did not come, it would be the officer who would be experiencing excessive force from this incident.

Police Grabs Guy’s Thing

This is not strictly police abuse, but the incident is funny nonetheless. Here, the cop is searching for weapons on a man, then the cop ends up feeling the guy’s thing. The hilarious thing is that the cop asked what that is. The man said it was his pecker. That was awkward!

Cops Are Rude and Abusive

Here, you have two people sharing their experience with the police. The police according to their claims are rude, abusive, and did overstep their authority. It sounds like police abuse to us. There will be investigation done on the complaints, but then, the damage is already done. Trust lost is hard to get back.

Cops Being Verbally Abusive

Good thing, all of these are caught on tape. This is really police abuse or abuse of authority. The police did not act like a public servant. This is just very sad to see. Hopefully, there are not a lot of these kinds of people in the force. This is total abuse of authority.

Cops Really Hate Cameras

It’s hard to understand why you would not want civilians to take footage of an arrest. It protects everyone’s rights, even the police. The officer did arrest a guy for filming. That is just strange. Is this police abuse of authority? No laws were broken as far as we can see, only that the guy got on the cop’s bad side.

Cops Caught Playing Suspect’s Wii

This could be funny at the least. After raiding the home, SWAT makes themselves at home in playing the suspect’s Wii. It seems harmless enough, but police abuse did happen. You don’t mess with another person’s property like it was your own, even if your the SWAT, and even if it’s a suspect’s home. At least, do it when the cameras ain’t rolling.

Police Detained Suspects and Searched without Probable Cause

We don’t know why the police would do such a thing. A group of people were searched without warrants by the police. Is it police abuse? Sounds like it. The problem with this situation is that there seems to be no probable cause to search the people and confiscate their property.

Police Follows Law Blindly

Are the police just too bored to spend much time on this offense? Crossing the white line seems so serious that it has to have the police’s full attention. Police abuse the power given by the law? Possibly. In this case, you just have to ask where the heck did common sense go?
