14 Year old Girl Tasered

A 14 year old girl had to be tasered? Are the Police just completely out of control now or what? The taser was fired by the CHIEF (Chief Hatcher)  of police in  Tucum. She has ended up with staples in her head, apparently one of the tasers prongs penetrated her skull and hit her brain. Chief Hatcher is no on leave while an independent investigation is finalised. What exactly do they need to find here? The girl is 14, she was tasered for running away (she’s a kid who has done exactly NOTHING criminal) = Chief Hatcher should be locked up!

Obviously this 14 year old girl is white trash, she was arguing with her mum about sending messages on her phone to “older” men. However Hatcher is a stubby short of a six pack if he thinks he used necessary force.

Hatcher said he shot two Taser darts at Kailee Martinez, 14, Thursday while responding to a domestic dispute between the girl and her mother. One hit her in the head and the other struck her back.

Martinez said she was released from Albuquerques University of New Mexico Hospital on Sunday following a two-hour surgery to remove one of the darts from her head.

The surgery left her with 18 staples and six stitches.

“I feel good being home,” Martinez said Tuesday. “It is a lot better than being in a hospital.”

Martinez mother, Stacy Akin, said she drove her daughter to police headquarters after they fought about a cell phone.

Hatcher said the girl walked away from the police station and when he talked with Akin she had a bloody lip and scratches from a fight.

Hatcher said he found the girl in a city park, but when he tried to talk to her she ran into traffic without looking.

Hatcher said he was unable to catch her and used the stun gun because he didnt know where she might go and he had to get her stopped.

“I was going to the park to clear my mind,” Martinez said. “I go there when I get angry. It is a place where I can calm down.”

Martinez said she saw Hatcher drive around the park and did not want to stay there and deal with him. She said she was walking west across Monroe Street when Hatcher got out of his vehicle and told her to stop.

“I remember him saying ’stop, stop’ and then watching him pull it out (Taser),” Martinez said. “The next thing I remember was being in the ambulance, handcuffed.”

Akin said her family has hired an attorney but declined to discuss any legal actions the family may take.

Akin said they will return to Albuquerque in a week for a follow-up doctors appointment.

“To be honest, none of this should have ever happened,” Akin said.

Rose said Hatcher was placed on administrative leave Monday

11 Year Old Boy Arrested

This 11 year old kid with ADD is told by his therapist to draw what he is feeling. The kid draws a set of STICK FIGURES – one being himself holding a gun, pointing it at some other stick figures with ‘Teachers Must Die’ above them.

The kid takes this to school, shows some teachers and next thing you know the Police arrest this 11 year old boy at his home, hand cuff him, take mug shots, finger print and prevent him from seeing his parents for hours. This is an ELEVEN year old kid you fucking idiots!!

The kid has since been charged with interfering with staff and students. What a bunch of stupid fucking police, what do they think this experience will do to this poor kid? Traumatise him perhaps? Dumb dumb dumb fucking monkey idiots police should have at the MOST talked to the parents about it rather than arrest the kid.

IDIOTS!

Seattle Police Shoot DEAD Woodcarver

Keep in mind the victim (John Williams) was deaf in his left ear and was foundto have been shot in the right side of his body, so there is no chance that he was coming officer Ian Burke as he claims. So what we have here is essentially an execution in broad daylight by officer Ian Burke!  Officer Burke’s badge was pulled (as mentioned below) HOWEVER he is not in jail where he absolutely belongs, this type of action is 100% cold blooded murder and he should be put in jail no questions asked!

A dash cam video from the officer who shot and killed Native American woodcarver John T. Williams was released Friday, showing Williams ambling slowly across the street in a crosswalk before the officer opens fire.

Although most of the action takes place off-screen, Williams is seen walking across the street in front of the patrol car in the video, dated Aug. 30.

The patrol car starts to pul More..l forward, then stops.

Officer Ian Burke can then be seen walking after Williams and shouting, “Hey, hey, hey! Put the knife down! Put the knife down!”

The officer walks off-screen and then five shots ring out in rapid succession, killing Williams.

Birk’s badge was later pulled after a Seattle Police Department Review Board and Chief John Diaz reached a preliminary finding that Williams’ shooting was not justified.

A judge ruled Thursday that the clip from officer Ian Birk’s car could be released to the public after prosecutors had a chance to notify witnesses not to view the tape.

The tape’s release comes after a public disclosure request from the Seattle Times.

An inquest into Williams’ shooting death by Officer Ian Birk has been set to begin on Jan. 10. The facts of the case will be laid out in the open through the process.

Beaumont Officers Charged over Beating

Two Beaumont Police Officers were charged over this beating. These cops must have been real brain surgeons to do this one. They know there are cameras in the patrol cars, and they proceed to assault someone infront of the camera?

Man Faces Jail for recording Cop

Anthony Graber was riding his motorbike with a camera on his helmet and he was admittedly speeding / show boating. When he pulls up at a set of lights a man (plain clothes policeman in an unmarked car) gets out of  his car with gun in hand and demands he gets off his bike. This officer didn’t identify himself as an officer until about 5 seconds after getting out of the car and waving his gun around.

Anthony was given a ticket and sent on his way that day, however Anthony put the above footage on youtube and only then had all his computers and cameras confiscated by the Maryland Police. He was then told he faced a charge of ‘Illegal Monitoring’ with his helmet camera.

Greg Shipley (the genius in the video representing Maryland Police) thinks the officer acted appropriately, but jumping out of the car with gun in hand and NOT identifying himself? Apparently backing up the bike was an aggressive act? Greg Shipley – you are a FUCKING MORON! The act of aggression was solely on the head of the Officer, jumping out of a car with gun in hand and not identifying themself = WTF do you think a civilian is going to think? Maybe that they are going to die or get robbed or both? IDIOT!

Police Brutality, or Just Being Plain Stupid?

This is a case that can go both ways. Here, the riot police is marching toward their post in the G20 summit. Then, you have a couple right where the troops are marching. The arrest may be overboard, but then you have to know what’s coming when you put yourself in the middle of the “warpath” so to speak.

New Anti-riot Toy: LRAD

Here, we see the newest toy against riots and the masses. It’s quite effective, by the way. Unless you have earplugs on, you would be scampering away from LRAD, which stands for Long Range Acoustic Device. This is pretty mean, but as to whether or not this is counted as police violence is debatable.

Vid Collection Where the Police Give Some, and Get Some

This is a more “balanced” video where you see cops giving out the beating on some, then also receiving the beatings on other incidients. This could be one of the reasons cops are always tense and quick to jump the gun. But then again, that doesn’t make excessive police violence right in any way.

Cop Seen Beating Suspect from a Plane

When they say somebody above is watching, this takes on a different meaning. A video of a cop beating a suspect is taken from a passing plane. Some sins end up not being seen, but for this case of police violence, not only is it seen, it’s also recorded on video.

Cops Get a Laugh at Woman Shot by a Rubber Bullet

As if adding insult to injury, the video shows police laughing about an incident where a woman was shot in the leg and head with a rubber bullet. It’s inappropriate and unprofessional. Of course, there’s the idea that the woman should have gotten out of the police’s path, but being stubborn has its price.
