This is a case that can go both ways. Here, the riot police is marching toward their post in the G20 summit. Then, you have a couple right where the troops are marching. The arrest may be overboard, but then you have to know what’s coming when you put yourself in the middle of the “warpath” so to speak.

Here, we see the newest toy against riots and the masses. It’s quite effective, by the way. Unless you have earplugs on, you would be scampering away from LRAD, which stands for Long Range Acoustic Device. This is pretty mean, but as to whether or not this is counted as police violence is debatable.
This is a more “balanced” video where you see cops giving out the beating on some, then also receiving the beatings on other incidients. This could be one of the reasons cops are always tense and quick to jump the gun. But then again, that doesn’t make excessive police violence right in any way.
When they say somebody above is watching, this takes on a different meaning. A video of a cop beating a suspect is taken from a passing plane. Some sins end up not being seen, but for this case of police violence, not only is it seen, it’s also recorded on video.
As if adding insult to injury, the video shows police laughing about an incident where a woman was shot in the leg and head with a rubber bullet. It’s inappropriate and unprofessional. Of course, there’s the idea that the woman should have gotten out of the police’s path, but being stubborn has its price.
Here’s a video from Expert Village. Know what to do when you’re carrying a weapon in your car and your stopped by the police. By knowing this, you can avoid police violence and stop any force exerted on you and by you. The tips make sense, so it’s best that you follow this.
To get out of a civil liability, police officers concoct a story to frame a 23-year old woman. A classic case of police abuse of authority as any. Charges are filed, and the four policemen involved in the incident are now under investigation. I’d say nice going for the officers of the law!
What’s disturbing in this video is that there are male officers involved in doing the strip search. There are also claims of physical police abuse done on the woman. The unfortunate thing is that some of the videos are missing, until this came up. Another thing to consider is that it was the woman who called for help in the first place.
The video here is a bit on the funny and serious side. The funny side is that the police can’t do anything about the filming and them being caught red-handed with their police abuse. The serious thing is that if this were true, then cops are breaking the law they were supposed to protect.
In this video, SWAT raided a home for an armed and dangerous suspect, but search came out empty. Now, the woman is left homeless with her property ravaged. Isn’t this police abuse of power? I can’t help but think that the SWAT went overboard. It would be a different story though if the suspect was in the house.
