A 14 year old girl had to be tasered? Are the Police just completely out of control now or what? The taser was fired by the CHIEF (Chief Hatcher)  of police in  Tucum. She has ended up with staples in her head, apparently one of the tasers prongs penetrated her skull and hit her brain. Chief Hatcher is no on leave while an independent investigation is finalised. What exactly do they need to find here? The girl is 14, she was tasered for running away (she’s a kid who has done exactly NOTHING criminal) = Chief Hatcher should be locked up!

Obviously this 14 year old girl is white trash, she was arguing with her mum about sending messages on her phone to “older” men. However Hatcher is a stubby short of a six pack if he thinks he used necessary force.

Hatcher said he shot two Taser darts at Kailee Martinez, 14, Thursday while responding to a domestic dispute between the girl and her mother. One hit her in the head and the other struck her back.

Martinez said she was released from Albuquerques University of New Mexico Hospital on Sunday following a two-hour surgery to remove one of the darts from her head.

The surgery left her with 18 staples and six stitches.

“I feel good being home,” Martinez said Tuesday. “It is a lot better than being in a hospital.”

Martinez mother, Stacy Akin, said she drove her daughter to police headquarters after they fought about a cell phone.

Hatcher said the girl walked away from the police station and when he talked with Akin she had a bloody lip and scratches from a fight.

Hatcher said he found the girl in a city park, but when he tried to talk to her she ran into traffic without looking.

Hatcher said he was unable to catch her and used the stun gun because he didnt know where she might go and he had to get her stopped.

“I was going to the park to clear my mind,” Martinez said. “I go there when I get angry. It is a place where I can calm down.”

Martinez said she saw Hatcher drive around the park and did not want to stay there and deal with him. She said she was walking west across Monroe Street when Hatcher got out of his vehicle and told her to stop.

“I remember him saying ’stop, stop’ and then watching him pull it out (Taser),” Martinez said. “The next thing I remember was being in the ambulance, handcuffed.”

Akin said her family has hired an attorney but declined to discuss any legal actions the family may take.

Akin said they will return to Albuquerque in a week for a follow-up doctors appointment.

“To be honest, none of this should have ever happened,” Akin said.

Apparently Epic Beardman was in the wrong seat and wasn’t about to move, so this fat useless cop tasers a 67 year old war veteran. But that’s not the end of it, keep watching as this moron of a copper then attempts to taser anyone and everyone who is passing by trying to help Beardman! Fucking useless cops!!

This is a case where one can say the police should be better at judging minors. The main issue here is whether the police had any right to use tasers on minors. It’s against the rules, but the kid was tasered anyway. Police violence on a kid was not the intent, but just to keep the peace. The officer said he was not aware that she was a minor.

It’s hard to tell what the guy’s criminal offense is, but he was asking for some taser action. And when the guy was being uncooperative, the police was ready to oblige. Can you consider this incident a case of police violence? Unlikely, as the dude was way off line. This is why you have the right to remain silent.

People just stay quiet when arrested by the police. But this woman didn’t. Still, did it warrant repeated tasering? Maybe yes, maybe no. But the disturbing case was when she was walking to the other police car and she was tasered again. There was no need for such police violence.

When you get on the bad side of the police, you only get police violence. So, it does not pay to get on the cops’ bad side. Whether you committed a crime or not, you just don’t do it. Rights or no rights, you just don’t do it. See how cops overreact and tasered a guy on this video.

Mom tasered by cop during a traffic stop. The video shows the woman was not aggressive, but the tasers came anyway. And all these police violence was shown in front of her kids. Another disturbing thing is that the charges from the officer were bogus, as the woman claims in this video.

This video is sad to watch. Nobody has to die in this incident. But then, somebody did. Police abuse? It does seem so. The reason? Not all peaceful means were exhausted in solving the incident. What’s irritating is how casually the police talked about using a taser on a person, like it was some kind of sport.

This is a sad thing is that the baby gets tasered. The police did not mean to hit the baby, but then the baby gets a taste of excessive force nonetheless. The police is not entirely to blame in this incident, as the crooks used the baby as a shield. Still, the cops should be more careful.

You’ve got to be wondering why a taser is needed in this situation! The cop can easily handle the old lady. And even so, the old lady does not seem to be aggressive. I’m sure the police can handle himself when faced with that kind of suspect.” Excessive force is certainly the case here.”
